Welcome to November!

What a fabulous month we have ahead!

Yes that's Remy above (in costume haha!)... we are very grateful to have the wonderful Remy Beasley working with you all for this months online session. Remy is known for her Sky 1 popular series Stella where she played the character of Beyonce! This is one of her many talents and Remy actually spends a lot of her time working as a Casting Associate for all the biggies in the casting world!

As you'll see in your email, you will need to send Remy a 1-2 minute piece by Friday 4th November at 11.00am. I know you will have a wonderful and beneficial class with her!

We also have our 'Befriending the Mind' session this month with Michaela!

Michaela is a mindfulness and yoga teacher who is going to hold a fun and I'm sure, a very informative class for you all. This is here for your benefit, please let me know wither way if you can attend or not. It is a free class, however we ask for a £5.00 payment towards this if you can.
