JENNIFER DAVISON
Founder, Head Agent & Mentor
Originally from South Shields, Jennifer has always championed raw, undiscovered talent and is inspired by the determination of young people in the arts.
Having trained at Laine Theatre Arts, Jennifer has toured the world professionally, appeared in Oscar winning feature films and has accumulated over 10 contracts in the London's West End.
Following a fourteen year career as a stage and screen actress herself, Jennifer knows the importance of guidance, professionalism and what it takes to have a lasting career in the performing industry. She is highly respected and regarded in her field.

Nisha Mullea
PATRON of SHiELDS
Nisha grew up in Boldon in the North East of England. She is passionate about supporting rising talent and the arts community. We are very grateful for her support and beautiful connection.
Nisha an award winning producer, who has over 12 years experience in the film and advertising industry. As the Executive Producer at Caviar London, Nisha is leading on the development of long form for this territory. Nisha produced her first feature film in May 2023 working title is Last Swim. Aside from this she is an award-winning producer, working with charities including Oxfam “The Heist No One Is Talking About” for which it won 14 awards. Save the Children, “Still the Most Shocking Second A Day” , This films scooped 30 awards including, 2 Clios, 2 British Arrows and 4 Cannes Lions 4 D&AD Pencils.
